The initial estate vineyard was first established in 1998, on deep alluvial sandy soil on the lower bench of the Russian River. Renowned for its classic Russian River Fruit, the Lazy W Vineyard, on West Side Road, is nestled in the heart of the Russian River Valley AVA, in close proximity to its confluence with Dry Creek.
