Paella Dinner at Baby Rattlesnake Vineyard | June 8th, 5pm
Dinner Menu Provided by YAY!PAELLA
Cucumber, tomatoes,onions, red bell peppers and jalapeños, blended and
served in a small clear plastic glass.
Made fresh daily at our local bakery.
Fresh spring mix, walnuts, seasonal fruit, and a dusting of Manchego cheese,
all tossed with our own refreshing vinaigrette dressing.
Prawns sautéed with smoked paprika, garlic, olive oil and lemon.
Seafood, Chicken and Spanish Chorizo
Tender boneless chicken thighs, Spanish Chorizo simmered with onions,
garlic, tomatoes, and saffron-infused rice, gradually layered with an assortment
of vegetables, and then topped with lemons, green-lipped mussels, prawns,
Paella Verduras (vegetarian)
An abundance of fresh seasonal vegetables simmered into a flavorful feast
with saffron-infused rice, tomatoes, onions, lemons, and garlic.
Individual Lemon Tarts for dessert!
